At dusk to Daydream., we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please ensure all labels, cloth bag, and branded materials are included.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on washed or used bedding.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to offer exchanges where stock is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.
